We provide educational services, not physical goods, so no physical return applies. A family may withdraw at any time by writing to the school; refunds follow the table above.
If the school cannot provide a service that has been paid for, for reasons within its control, the affected amount is refunded to the original payment method.
A duplicate payment, or an amount charged in error, is refunded in full to the original payment method once verified.
Write to us with proof of payment within the time limits above. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method; the time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank.
